Support via Internet Remote Access of Your Computer
We provide instant support access by accessing your computer via the internet. This service is provided via LogMeIn Rescue. Our support technicians cannot access your system without your permission. While we are accessing your computer, you can terminate the connection at any time. All traces of the Customer Applet disappear from the remote PC when the session is finished. To permit us to access you computer when instructed by our technician, go to the LogMeIn website at www.LogMeIn123.com

Regularly Scheduled Software Enhancements
Software enhancements are provided at least once per year. We typically have several new releases each year. Through your participation in our software maintenance program, you can protect your software investment and be assured that your software will remain state of the art to keep pace with the constantly changing demands placed on your billing and accounting functions.
